Weekly News, Oct, 4th

In a new feature on our Larsen Global blog, we will be compiling some of the things we have been reading throughout the week in hopes that you will find them useful. They will mostly, but not always, be USANA-related items covering health, nutrition and business.

Please let us know if you enjoy this new feature, and if you would like us to add anything that you have found particularly compelling.

A simple tip from Seth Godin: real change comes from finding and embracing and connecting and amplifying those that are inclined to like you and believe in you.

A great idea from USANA’s Annette Frehner, start your own Couch to 5K program (and rest easy, you can’t use your knees as an excuse anymore).

A lot of great tips on How to Grow Your Business Network with Social Media.

Speaking of simple tips, Collette offers several things that you should be doing to ensure success with USANA in our latest Larsen Global podcast.

This excellent post by Darren Hardy is a perfect reminder of how to learn from successful people (and not necessarily by trying to mimic their results).

And finally, a very informative video from Sanoviv on the importance of detoxification. It’s a long one, but well worth the watch if you have some free time this weekend.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Thanks for the enthusiasm! I always enjoy listening to you. I don’t know if you remember me. I am from Carlsbad…and have been active and less active in Usana for years, but I have always taken the products…Even when on 3 mission’s, 2 missions to AFrica and one to the Singapore mission. We are now living on SS and my need is huge….so I am trying to get going again at the age of 75!
